STATEMENT OF RESULT COLLECTION @FCE, ABEOKUTA


The Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta continues to issue out  "Statement of Results" (popularly known as SOR) to graduate NCE students (2018/2019 set and below). The Statement of Result (SOR) is the certificate given to graduates of Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta after the completion  of NCE (3 years) prior to the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE. During the COVID-19 period, Kunle Filani Academic Theatre is OPEN strictly on Mondays and Wednesdays between the period of 10am to 12pm for individuals who are yet to obtain their Statement of Result. Remember to observe the COVID-19 safety protocol while visiting the school premises, by putting on nose mask, observing the social distancing regulations, and the washing of the hands with hand sanitizers.

After the completion of the NCE Programme in Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta. NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) is issued by The Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, the certificate that is first issued is known as "Statement of Result" (popularly known as SOR). The issuance of "Statement of Result" is given out to graduates of Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, before the Original NCE certificate is issued out to such graduates. The issuance of "Statement of Result" attracts a token of one thousand naira (#1,000), excluding Remita charges.
All students are advised to visit the school bursary department with their ATM card, in order to make the payment for the SOR. Students that wish to pay for the Statement of Result must first finish the signing of the clearance form, along with the school fees receipt for 100 level to 300 level, acceptance fees and ICT fees must be available with DEWS fees, then a letter stating the "request for the collection of Statement of Result". This letter must include the student's fullname, address, inclusion of the office to which the letter is being directed to, phone number of the student, email address of the students, year of graduation, and the letter must be duly signed by the student. Student must also ensure to bring along at least 2 passport photographs and also with an identification card. All students must note that the "Statement of Result" is not the final and Original NCE Certificate to be awarded to graduates of Federal College of Education Osiele Abeokuta, Ogun State. It is the pre-certified Statement of Result that can be tendered before the collection of the original NCE Certificate or before the request of a transcript letter from the College.

  4. Weldone sir. I finished 2016, and I misplaced my 200 level sch fee receipt. I also did not do some departmental payment in nce 3. How can i collect my certificate sir? Thanks a lot sir

    1. Visit Federal College of Education Osiele Abeokuta and go to the bursary department to make complaints for the 200 level school fees receipt. For the departmental fees, kindly visit your various departments to request to pay for departmental fees or lost of receipts. Then gather all your documents and proceed for the collection of your statement of result

    1. Please visit the College with a letter stating the need for transcript and the school you intend to sent to, along with your name, email, phone number addressing the provost or registrar. Visit the Kunle Filani with the letter along with your ATM to pay for the transaction

    1. First of all, proceed to the student affairs office to collect your clearance form. After that, make sure you have submitted your school and departmental files, admin files, and student affairs file. If you have done do, proceed to signing of your clearance form at all the offices included on the clearance form. If you need more help please indicate.

    1. I cannot say how long it takes to be forwarded to your school. It depends on FCE, Abeokuta and your school. The price for transcript is #10k but make sure you have up to 11k in your account
