2022 PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT AND COURSE FORM REGISTRATION
Fresh student must have received clearance for authority to pay acceptance fees. Then after the acceptance fees has been paid:
(1) For fresh NCE students, check your name on the list of admitted students from Admissions Office and obtain clearance (authority) to pay school fees from Admissions Office.
(2) At any browser (i.e. Chrome, Edge browser, formerly Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox etc.): type: www.fce-abeokuta.edu.ng
(3) Click STUDENTS’ PORTAL on the webpage
(4) For new intakes (fresh NCE students), enter your : JAMB No. and Surname as Password and proceed to Step 6.
(5) For returning NCE students, enter your Matric, Number and Surname as password and proceed to the Step 6.
(6) Click Generate Invoice in front of the fees you want to pay.
(7) At the bottom of the invoice, click Pay Now.
(8) Select your Payment Option.
(9) On successful payment, print your receipt.
(10) On completion of payment of all prescribed fees. Proceed to register for your courses (popularly known as course form).
(11) At the end, click LogOut
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION (100 LEVEL)
* Student bio-data form (original)
* Security Form
* Admission Letter
* Student credential verification form
* Student's Admission Records
* 'O' level result
* Jamb Result
* Student receipt (school fees, ICT/Acceptance/NEVS)
* Guarantor Letter (original with passport photograph)
* Medical Clearance Receipt
* Oath Form (original, signed by court)
* School Matriculation Oath
* Four (4) passport photograph
Freshman/woman (100 level students) are to collect and submit (4) separate files from the:
1. STUDENT AFFAIRS FILE (to be collected at students affairs and submitted back to the student affairs)
2. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE FILE (to be collected at student affairs and submitted to the administrative office)
3. SCHOOL FILE (to be collected at the school of each student and submitted back to the student's school)
4. DEPARTMENTAL FILE (to be collected at student's department and submitted back to student's department)
Please note: Students are to keep original documents with themselves except if stated otherwise to be submitted by the respective offices, department and school in the College.
